My girfriend, her female friend, and some guy decided to play strip poker last night and she lost. Long story short she ended up getting naked infront of some guy (big nono in my book). I had no idea that the game even took place untill she called me crying about how bad she feelt about it afterwards. Should I feel like my trust was betrayed? What should I do in a situation like this?

Who's this "Some guy" and how well do you know her friend?
Is she a bit of a skank or a decent gal?
Drugs or Alcohol and where were they?

If it was all innocent fun, then she wouldn't have been crying would she?
I don't see the need for her to play STRIP poker with her friend and some bloke, unless it was a either a 'sneaky' way for her friend to get in with the guy (why didn't ur GF stop playing then??) or she was keen for the end result IE naked mischief (Is she any good at poker anyways???)
You need to ask for more details before you can decide if this was just purely innocent fun, something she was forced to do (???) or she actually insinuated the whole thing .
If you wanna get really paranoid, I would investigate further e.g.
phone msg's, emails, casually bring it up with friend....

I've have many girlfriends who did a lot of stupid stuff within the first couple weeks of dating, probably because we had only been dating a couple of weeks.

If she were to do something like that, it would be a huge issue, whereas if she were to do it in the first couple weeks/months, it wouldn't hit me as hard.
